OFFICIAL SUPPORT
Visa and Travel Information
All international participants travelling to Ghana to attend the German African Business Summit 2026 (GABS 2026) must hold a valid passport and obtain the appropriate visa prior to arrival, unless they are citizens of countries exempt under Ghana's entry regulations. Participants are encouraged to apply for their visas through the nearest Ghanaian embassy or consulate in accordance with the requirements of the Ghana Immigration Service.
Applicants are advised to begin the visa application process well in advance of their intended travel date. Travelers must also ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay in Ghana and that they carry a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate upon entry into Ghana.
All summit participants are responsible for securing their own visas for travel to Ghana. The organizers of GABS 2026 may provide supporting documents, such as an official invitation letter upon request, to facilitate the visa application process after participant registration.
Visa on Arrival
Participants who require visa on arrival facilitation may contact our support team. This service requires prior approval from the Ghana Immigration Service before travel.
